Additionally, any major defects, if present, are clearly shown in the pictures. We believe in providing accurate representations of our products, and we do not use airbrushing or image manipulation to hide any defects.
As vintage and preloved items, you may expect minimal signs of usage, but please rest assured that we strive to restore and refresh each piece as much as possible. Our meticulous restoration process ensures that any usage signs are very minimal and do not compromise the overall quality and appearance of the garment. Do you clean or disinfect the preloved items before selling them?
Absolutely! We take the cleanliness and hygiene of our preloved and vintage items seriously. Each item undergoes a rigorous cleaning process to ensure it is ready to wear when you receive it.
Our meticulous cleaning process includes several steps. First, we inspect each item, checking for any defects or imperfections. Then, depending on the fabric and care instructions, the items are either washed or dry cleaned to ensure thorough cleaning and removal of any dirt or stains. After cleaning, the garments are steamed to eliminate wrinkles and further refresh them. Finally, they are stored in clean, dry, and well- protected areas.
However, we understand that certain items, such as vintage collectibles or delicate pieces, may require special care and cannot undergo traditional dry cleaning or washing processes. In such rare cases, rest assured that we take extra precautions to ensure these items are still thoroughly sanitized and ready for you to enjoy. They undergo alternative cleaning techniques using steam and special-purpose sanitizers, which effectively eliminate germs and refresh the garment without compromising its delicate nature. This still allows you the flexibility to choose the most suitable cleaning process based on your personal preferences and needs once you have acquired the grament.
How often do you add new items to your inventory?
We strive to continuously update our inventory with at least one weekly fresh drop every Sunday. We recommend checking our website regularly and following our Instagram to stay informed about the latest additions.
What if the item I purchased doesn't fit me well?
Please note that all sales are final. As a small business dealing with single-unit inventory, we have limited quantities and cannot guarantee exchanges or returns except in cases of utility defects.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI apps, wallets, net banking.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD). However, there is a standard Rs. 100 shipping fee for all COD orders.
To place a COD order, please DM us on Instagram.
PLEASE NOTE: The ₹100 COD fee is payable in advance to discourage unreasonable parcel rejections and frivolous orders.

What are the Shipping Charges?
We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India!
For COD orders, there is a standard Rs. 100 shipping fee.
For expedited deliveries and pickups for prepaid orders within New Delhi, the buyer would be responsible for all courier arrangements and cost.
How long does shipping take?
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within a maximum of two business days, excluding the order date. Although a typical delivery to metros takes about 5-7 days, the actual timeframe may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Please note that once your order is picked up by the courier, there might be unforeseen delays depending on the delivery area and acts of God, which are beyond our control.
To ensure smooth and speedy delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly and formatted properly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link from our shipping partner on your email/ Whatsapp. Alternatively, you can reach out to us on Instagram or via E-mail, and we'll provide you the link. Please mention order number, name, and mobile number.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee the address change, especially if the package has already been shipped out, we will do our best to assist you and accommodate any necessary modifications.
What is the Return policy?
All sales are final, which means that we do not accept returns or exchanges. As a small business dealing in vintage and unique items, we are unable to offer these options. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and images before making a purchase.
However, there is an exception for defective items. If you receive an item that is defective and the defect was not mentioned in the product description or not visible in the pictures, we may be able to accommodate an exchange or a return (with full refund). Alternatively, if you are happy to keep the product, we would offer you a discount in the form of credit that covers the repair cost. Please note that a defect for this purpose means a major utility defect - normal usage signs for vintage and preloved items do not qualify as defects.
To initiate a return, the item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact. Additionally, we require a video of the unboxing process to verify the condition of the item.
For all such returns for defective items, we will cover the return shipping.
Can I request a refund if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
We apologize, but we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with a purchase. We recommend reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and images thoroughly before the purchase to ensure that the item meets your expectations.
Do you offer exchanges for size-related issues?
As we primarily deal with single-unit inventory, we do not offer exchanges for the same product as no alternate sizes are available.
In some rare cases, we may be able to accommodate size-related issues if there are multiple units or sizes available. However, please note that this is not guaranteed. If you encounter a size issue with your purchase, please contact us to discuss the options available. To be eligible for a size-related exchange, the item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact, and a video of the unboxing process is required.
Please note that the buyer would be responsible for all reverse and forward shipping costs associated with such exchanges.

How do you determine the size of your vintage and preloved apparel?
Our vintage and preloved apparel comes from different countries, eras, makers, and brands, resulting in no uniform size chart like XL or L. Even two items labeled XL may not have consistent measurements. Therefore, we strongly recommend relying on the measurements we provide as they offer a more accurate indication of size. Best fit is only a recommendation and does not guarantee size.
How do you measure the garments?
- Chest: Measured straight across from armpit to armpit and multiplied by two to get the full chest circumference.
- Length: Starting at the centre back, measured straight down from the base of the collar/neck to the bottom hem.
- Shoulder: Measured straight across the highest point of the shoulders (from seam to seam if applicable).
- Sleeve length: Measured from the top shoulder seam to the bottom edge of the sleeve.
- Hem: Measured straight across the bottom hem and multiplied by two to get the full circumference.
How can I use the measurements to find the right fit?
We recommend comparing the measurements we provide with a similar garment that fits you well. Additionally, take into consideration your personal preferences and how you may want to style the garment. It's also important to allow some room for comfort and movement.
Are the measurements provided exact?
While we strive to provide accurate measurements, please allow for a slight tolerance of approximately ±1/4 inch due to manual measuring techniques.
